For even more convenience, our kitchen ready products are served in an ovenable container. Simply pierce some holes in the film and place in the oven on a baking tray for the required cooking time.

  Beef:

Beef fillet and pate encased in puff pastry. Egg wash and roast in a preheated oven for 30 minutes at 190 degrees centigrade, Gas mark 5.

Thin beef steaks filled with a delicious home made stuffing. Braise in a pre heated oven for 1 hour at 160 degrees centigrade, gas mark 4.

Rib eye steak coated in a delicious mild chilli marinade. BBQ, Grill or Fry.

A piece of shoulder lamb coated in a delicious mint glaze. Cook for 45 minutes at 160 degrees Centigrade, gas mark 4.
